4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

sitislot accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

The key conditions relating to financial transactions are as follows:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for all payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction.

The sitislot VIP programme consists of four (4) tiers with increasing weekly cashback benefits. Players who demonstrate consistent activity and loyalty to the platform are eligible to be upgraded to a higher tier:

• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

sitislot reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse bonuses, including hedging strategies, sharing bonuses across multiple accounts or other methods deemed unfair, will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account in question.

6. Game Rules and Void Bets

All games on sitislot use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure fairness. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred.

A bet is considered void and the amount will be refunded if:

• A technical failure or system disruption occurs that affects the game result.
• An error exists in the display of odds or winning multipliers caused by a technical fault.
• A bet is submitted after the relevant event or round has ended.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

sitislot reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account with or without prior notice if:

• The player breaches any of the terms contained in this document.
• sitislot receives indications that the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• The player fails to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated period.
• The player requests self-exclusion through the Responsible Gambling programme.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, sitislot reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending further investigation. Funds obtained through fraudulent activity will not be returned.
